At DigiUncle, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, returns, or replacements may be provided.
1. Custom & Printed Products
Many of our products are custom printed or made to order. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
Please review product details carefully before placing your order.
2. Eligible Refunds or Replacements
Refunds or replacements may be offered in the following cases:
The product arrives damaged or defective
You receive an incorrect item
The product has a manufacturing or printing error
Requests must be submitted within a reasonable time after delivery and may require photo or video proof.
3. Non-Eligible Refunds
Refunds or returns will not be provided for:
Incorrect size or color selected by the customer
Minor color variations due to screen or printing differences
Normal wear and tear
Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
4. Return Process
If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. In some cases, returning the product may not be required.
Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production or printing begins. Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
DigiUncle Store is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer.
In such cases, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We will assist where possible.
8. Exchanges
Exchanges are generally not available for custom printed products. If an exchange is approved due to an error on our part, we will arrange a replacement.
